Refund policy
Orders can be exchanged for a different size or returned within 60 days of purchase as long as the product is in original packaging and new condition, free of chalk, water, dirt, sweat or any other substance.
Please go to your account where you can see all your past orders or contact our customer support team at contactus@fortimefitness.com to start the returns process.
We stand behind the designs and quality of our products, but most importantly we care about our customers. If your order is damaged from normal use within 30 days please contact us for a replacement. If an issue occurs outside of this time frame and you think your situation is unique please contact us at contactus@fortimefitness.com and we will assess the damage and try to resolve the issue with you.
Pictures must be submitted by the customer to contactus@fortimefitness.co.uk if claiming structural damage to the product. The evidence submitted by the customer will be assessed by our team to determine whether or not the customer is eligible for a replacement or if improper use or mistreatment of the product has occurred.
