HOW TO MEASURE:

Measure your hand from the top of the wrist to the base of the middle finger using a tape measure or ruler. 

If in-between sizes, or prefer maximum coverage we recommend sizing up!

Grips review

Love these grips. I have used Velites in the past but these are comfier around the wrist and no need to use the sweat band. They are very grippy so need to be careful jumping off the rig.

First ever grips

New to CrossFit and these are my first grips, can’t compare them to any others hence the 4 star but they have made bar work a heck of a lot easier! Brilliant quality product, would recommend.

Size 2 big ones and its comfortable.
